I do not refer service providers often, unless I'm sure! My family has been an Estes customer since 1957, & Estes has always serviced our heating, air conditioning, and water heater needs. On May 10, 2010, we had our new Carrier Hvac system installed after the "Builder's Grade System" failed in our home purchased new in 1999. You might say, 11 years is average for a system. However, the efficency of this "cheaper, builder's grade system" has never heated or cooled this home. Our new Carrier System operates only a few minutes, and we feel the difference. With today's cost of energy, do not waste your time looking or getting frustrated. Call Estes. Ask for Leverne Jackson to Engineer your Hvac needs! Then, ask for Paul and Hadley, or any of Estes experienced and trained technicians to service your HVAC, water heater, or plumbing needs. One last note. Atlanta's 1st hot day in 1999, our old AC went out. Estes serviced the old AC system, and with much prayer, the old system operated for another summer season. Other companies might not have been so helpful or honest.
