Performed a heating inspection on our customers, gas furnace. During today's visit, I found their blower motor capacitor to be failing, operating under its manufacture tolerance. Also noticed the customer has a 13 year old furnace, which is past its life expectancy, with no carbon monoxide detectors in the home. The customer agreed to replace the failing capacitor and have two carbon monoxide detectors installed because they understand the safety importance of having them.
