What is the difference between your HVAC Supreme and HVAC Standard plans?
Our HVAC Supreme Plan includes additional services such as static pressure checks, camera inspections of the heat exchanger, debris removal from the A/C unit, burner cleaning, and outdoor unit cleaning and waxing.
The Supreme Plan also features a lower service fee compared to the Standard Plan.
How do I schedule my maintenance?
Estes Services will contact you when it's time for your scheduled heating and cooling maintenance, so you don't have to remember to call.
What happens if I need service between maintenance visits?
If service is needed between scheduled visits, simply contact our office and identify yourself as a maintenance plan member.
Members receive priority scheduling, a discounted diagnostic fee, and member pricing on eligible repairs.
Are repairs included in the HVAC maintenance plan?
Repairs are not included, but members receive discounted diagnostic fees and savings on eligible repair services.
