What is the difference between your Whole-Home Supreme and Whole-Home Standard plans?
The Supreme plan includes additional preventive services such as static pressure checks, camera inspections of heat exchangers, debris removal, and outdoor unit cleaning and waxing. The Supreme plan also features lower HVAC service fees.
How do I schedule my maintenance?
We will contact you when it is time for your regular maintenance visit, so you do not have to remember to call us.
What happens if I need service between maintenance visits?
You may request service at any time by calling our office and identifying yourself as a maintenance plan member. Members receive preferred scheduling, a discounted diagnostic fee, and savings on qualifying repairs.
Are repairs included in the maintenance plan?
Repairs are not included; however, members receive discounted diagnostic fees and savings on qualifying repairs and replacement parts.
