What is the Tech Builder Program?
The
Estes Tech Builder Program is the only formal in-house HVAC training program in
the Metro Atlanta Area. You spend ten weeks learning the skills and knowledge
necessary to become an HVAC technician.
This
program offers you classroom training with a formalized curriculum. It also
equips you with real-world experience as you will be able to practice what you
learn at the Estes University Lab and gain further expertise as you work
alongside a certified technician trainer.
Through
a combination of classroom, lab, and field training, as well as learning with a
certified technician trainer, our Estes Tech Builder Program trains you to
become a self-sufficient maintenance-level HVAC Technician.
Since 2013, Estes Services has graduated from 18 Tech Builder classes. We are proud to offer this exciting opportunity to the local community, where you get paid to learn; accrue no college debt, and no experience is necessary.
Get Paid to Learn
Unlike
other HVAC technician training programs, when you join the Estes Tech Builder
Program, you automatically become an Estes Services Employee with full
benefits. This means as you're training to become an HVAC tech, you will also
be paid at the same time. So by enrolling in this program, you will be getting
the best of both worlds.
No College Debt
We
all know that racking up college debt, or any kind of debt, poses a huge burden
to our lives. However, when you join our ten-week program, you will be able to
develop your expertise and advance your career without taking on any debt.
No Experience Necessary
To
be eligible to join the Estes Tech Builder Program, you don't need any prior
experience. We accept candidates from all educational levels. You have to
be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Also, you must have proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United
States.
Once
you have completed our ten-week intensive training program, you will be
prepared to take the EPA 608 test to become an EPA-certified
HVAC technician. More than a job, you have a high-in-demand career.
